This year, the LangLaufbaan at The Amsterdam Winter Paradise is made possible by Austria Tourism and SalzburgerLand, also known as the cross-country skiing paradise of Europe. So that promises a wonderful experience!

Besides skiing and snowboarding, Austria offers numerous winter activities such as snowshoeing, tobogganing and, of course, cross-country skiing. Austria Tourism, promotes the country worldwide and the unique winter experience Austria has to offer, from sporting adventures to pure relaxation in serene nature.
SalzburgerLand is the ideal setting for impressive mountains, snow-sure ski resorts and a rich tradition of hospitality. Winter sports enthusiasts enjoy perfectly groomed slopes, cosy mountain huts and lively après-ski here. In 2025, you will hear much more about this area as it will be the scene of the World Ski Championships in Saalbach from 4 to 16 February, where the world’s best skiers will compete for the title. This event promises to be a sporting and atmospheric highlight series, with exciting competitions amid the beautiful winter landscape of SalzburgerLand.
