Het Amsterdamse 
Since childhood, Robert has been singing and knows that this is what he most wants to do. ‘When I see people enjoying the music I sing, I enjoy it so much. There’s really almost no feeling that can top that’. Robert dove into the studio in 2017 for his first own single ‘Love You Forever,’ but it didn’t stop there. The singles ‘Zo Ver Weg’, ‘Jij Playelt Met Mijn Verlangen’ and ‘Minuten Duren Uren’ followed and so his own repertoire grew.
Robert was also featured in the SBS6 talent show ‘De Hollandse Nieuwe’, in which they searched for the new folk singer of the Netherlands. In the finals of ‘De Hollandse Nieuwe’ Robert won from the three other finalists. In this final he sang ‘Het Laatste Huis’ by Jason Bouwman, which was also released as a single. As the winner, Robert got to perform at ‘The Toppers In Concert’ in the Johan Cruijf ArenA. And now Robert is coming to Het Amsterdamse Winterparadijs!
