Entrance tickets

An entrance ticket provides:

• Access to the grounds on one day and arrival time of your choice. You must enter the grounds within your time slot, of course you are welcome to stay for the rest of the day.
• Access to the music program.
• All activities included. With exception of the fair activities for which you can win prices.
• Children up to and including 2 years of age free.

We work with arrival times to spread out the crowds. This means that you buy a ticket to enter within a specific time slot. You can then stay as long as you want until closing time. You cannot leave and re-enter the grounds in between.

Be sure to arrive in time to still enter within your time slot. If you arrive late we cannot guarantee entry. Our entrance gate closes one hour before closing time.

The regular entrance fee is between €21.50 - €31.50 including service charges. The price depends on the day and time you come. We recommend coming early in the day, then the ticket is the cheapest and it is relatively quiet.

Be sure to queue in time for your time slot. Attractions and the winter plaza close at 10 p.m. Rows to the rides may close earlier depending on waiting times. The music program continues until closing time.

Add on tickets

An add on ticket is your reservation for a curling alley, beer table or VIP-table.
You can check in on location with your ticket and will then be escorted to your rink, table or VIP-table. 

Because this is a personal reservation, these tickets are nonrefundable.

To spread out the crowds, this year we are working with arrival times. This means you buy a ticket to get to the ultimate winter experience within a specific time slot. You can then stay as long as you want, until closing time. You cannot leave the grounds in between.

If you can no longer find your ticket(s) or if you have lost the confirmation email with your ticket(s), you can use this link to request that your confirmation email be resent.

It is possible that a typo crept in when you entered your mail address. You can change the linked mail address to the tickets by following the steps below.

Then enter the correct e-mail address

If the information entered is correct, our system will update the e-mail address and send the confirmation e-mail to the new e-mail address.

You can change your ticket up to 2 days before the date on your ticket. As long as there is availability. Service fees and any additional cost of your new ticket will be paid by you.

Tickets for beer tables, curling alleys and VIP-tables cannot be exchanged or refunded. These are reserved for you and cannot be returned.

We advise you not to buy tickets through black market traders. Fraudsters are active via Google and Marktplaats!

We would like to point out that buying tickets through unofficial channels carries risks. We strongly discourage you from buying a ticket through such a channel. This is because we cannot guarantee that the ticket is legitimate and gives you access to the event and we would like to spare you this disappointment on what should be a wonderful day.
